Who do you use to ship your goods?
Products will be despatched by Australia Post Express Post Express Post, which automatically includes a tracking service.  We do not take out insurance over your package.

Can I track My delivery via a third party website?
No, but if you are worried about the location of your order, you can ask our customer service for an update on your parcels whereabouts.

How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours.

When will my purchase arrive?
Your order will normally be delivered within 2 days of dispatch.
